Justine Wong is a freelance illustrator based in Toronto and Tokyo. She is also the creator of “21 Days in Japan: An Illustrative Study of Japanese Cuisine”, where she gained funding to produce one hundred paintings of her meals throughout Japan.
With her illustrative focus in food and lifestyle, Justine works primarily in traditional watercolours. Her passion stems from the urge to remind us to create in the midst of a growing culture of ‘foodies’ and consumers. She is also a dedicated member of Lunch Room, a creative collective and co-working space based in Toronto where she practices and learns new ways to rebuild the way we cook and eat together.
